The Roll Tide Raleigh Scholarship Committee is excited to be able to award at least one scholarship of at least $1,000 to an incoming #UA29 freshman!
We encourage students to be diligent in checking their Crimson email daily and to follow all deadlines as noted in the emails.
As we work through a slightly new scholarship process this year, please be patient should there be any alteration to the process along the way. We will keep this page as up-to-date as possible on any changes.
Who is eligible?
Incoming freshmen who applied by the UA priority deadline
Must live in the designated Roll Tide Raleigh chapter area are eligible for consideration
Timeline:
In late January or early February, Roll Tide Raleigh will receive a list of eligible students from the University.
Eligible students will then receive an email to their Crimson email address from info@rolltideraleigh.com with a short questionnaire.
Students will only have a few days to complete this simple questionnaire and move on to the next step so please be sure to begin checking your Crimson email daily, including your spam/junk folder, and to follow all instructions and deadlines.
The scholarship committee will consider the questionnaire responses and scholarship application material already provided to The University of Alabama during the admission process to determine which students will move on to the interview round. Roll Tide Raleigh will communicate through the student’s Crimson email address and personal interviews will be held in late February to mid-March and will be conducted via Zoom.
Any student receiving a scholarship from Roll Tide Raleigh will be notified by The University of Alabama around May 1.
